This is your opportunity to work with senior technical professionals and learn on the job. Initially you will be working as part of a small team to rewrite the core application for our decision making software which is relied upon by the banking world. However you will also have exposure to a range of projects and technologies, so your progression will only be limited by your own ambition. Graduate / Junior Software Engineer - Key Experience

Qualified to degree level, or equivalent, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems, you will have hands-on Java development skills, an understanding of J2EE technologies and experience of working in a professional IT environment. As important as your technical skills are your can-do attitude, desire to learn and ambition to progress.
